ABOUT Boroughbridge Camping and Caravanning Club Site
Located on the River Ure, Boroughbridge Camping & Caravanning Club site is a great location for walking and exploring Yorkshire's many attractions. Situated in North Yorkshire, just off the A1, it is a great stop-over site for those travelling up or down the country. Equally, its location close to the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks makes it a good base to explore from. Visit the City of York, with its famous minster and the Jorvik Viking Centre or Harrogate for a bit of shopping and a refuel at Betty's Tearoom. Fountains Abbey, Studley Royall and Newby Hall are also interesting days out. The site has 95 grass or hardstanding pitches some of which are serviced. Most have electric hook-up and there are holiday homes to buy.
